Come join us for an all women’s Muay Thai cardio boot camp! Starting October 17th, we will be hosting a free cardio class every other Saturday at 10 am.
Our 60-minute cardio boot camp is a fun, high energy, full body workout! Learn all the basic punches, kicks, and techniques fighters use to get in top condition. The majority of this class is focused on punching and kicking; you will also jump rope, learn proper footwork and technique, and perform strength training exercises.
